1. All coast swim stars are committed to the protection of our members privacy. We will only use your details provided to us for administration purposes, We will not make your personal details available to any 3rd party except our financial institution for payment processing.
2. Direct Debit fees will be charged monthly and only deduct owing amount less any added vouchers or payments made prior to direct debit run date of first Friday of each month.
3. Direct Debit payments are Your responsibility, Any missed payments may attract a dishonour fee from your bank On top of a $5.50 dishonour fee charged to your account to cover our costs, Missed payments will need to be brought up to date before your next lesson or your child will not be able to participate and may lose position in the class. If you are having difficulty paying fees please contact us asap and we will see where we can be of assistance.
4. Your Enrolment at All Coast Swim Stars is considered as ongoing and fees will be charged accordingly. In the event that you want to cease lessons, Written notice is required along with 14 days notice, you may attend lessons in this cancellation period. Cancellation forms are available from reception
5. All Coast swim stars will use the Parents Portal and Email as the primary channel of communication, Please ensure details are kept up to date at all times
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
I Acknowledge that all learn to swim payments will be debited from bank account I have given and I am an authorised holder of account.
